A little help for your wardrobe.
Choosing an item
Use the current catalogue for available categories and listings. Read the size, condition, material and disclosed defects for each item. Use ALMAARI messages to ask the owner about details before requesting a purchase or rental quote.
Listing clearly
Use photographs of the actual item and describe wear, alterations and defects accurately. Keep faces, phone numbers and address labels out of product photos and descriptions. Private identity-verification documents belong only in the separate account verification process.
Quotes, rental dates and delivery
A listing or request alone does not reserve an item or confirm payment. Review the dates, item or rental charge, any security, delivery charges and required approvals shown for your transaction. Rental extensions require the owner's agreement; follow the current order instructions before changing a return date.
Delivery is coordinated by ALMAARI, subject to serviceability. The other member does not receive your exact address or phone number. Authorised staff and couriers need relevant details to fulfil the service.
Finding an order or requesting a review
Sign in to Meri Almaari for funded orders and progress. Open the relevant order for delivery instructions, returns or cases, financial terms and refund or settlement status. Follow that order's available actions and reviewed terms; an approval or request is not proof that money has moved.
Help and personal information
Keep questions about an item in its ALMAARI conversation. Use the relevant order's review actions for an existing transaction. Do not put identity documents, private addresses or payment credentials in public listing content.
For support or personal-information requests, contact contact@almaari.store. Share only the details needed for your request.
Optional analytics
If enabled, ALMAARI asks before loading Google Analytics on eligible public pages. Accepting helps measure visits to the public catalogue and guidance pages. Account, identity, address, message, order and payment pages are excluded from measurement. Declining analytics does not change marketplace features.
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer when it is available to accept or reject analytics, or change an earlier choice. The preference is stored in your browser. Google Analytics may use its own cookies after acceptance; rejecting stops this site's measurement and removes its host-only analytics cookies. You can also manage stored data in your browser settings.
Read how ALMAARI works for an overview. Current listing details and reviewed transaction terms govern information that changes.
